We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping customers with their vehicle service needs, we’d love to hear from you.

Remuneration will be discussed at the interview stage and will be based on your experience and skill level. Starting rate is above award rates.
Uniforms and personal safety equipment will be supplied.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience from the moment they arrive.
- Listen to customer concerns, accurately assess service needs, and provide estimates for repair and maintenance services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring clear communication on repair status and any additional work required.
- Advise customers on the best service options for their vehicles, including explaining any necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Ensure that vehicles are serviced in a timely manner and returned to customers in excellent condition.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical details in a clear, simple way to customers.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Proficiency with workshop management software is an advantage.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
The successful candidate will have the following traits.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Good work ethics
- Be able to solve problems
- Above average IT and electronic skill sets
- Able to follow both verbal and written instructions
- An eagerness to learn and expand their knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Be driven by results and to be held accountable for those results.
- Own their own Land Rover
